Set-up of a Shopify shop* (Requires a 12-month minimum contract - if the shop has not yet been created)
- Fast support for Shopify problems or complicated settings (via telephone, remote support, Zoom, also possible in person at the Vienna location)
- 8 hours of time quota per month included (if a time quota is not used, it will be retained for future work and will not expire)
- Any external services from programmers (which we have in our portfolio) are not included (if necessary - only for very special programming)

Requirements
The following requirements are necessary for this service mentioned here:
- Shopify (as a paid version / ShopifyPlus cannot be combined with this service)
- Internet connection
- necessary existing passwords and usernames
- for the IT guru an “employee account” with full administration rights (Shopify)
- payment of the Subscriptions only with a credit card & MasterCard/ATM card (credit and debit cards) possible

Regulations
* The minimum commitment period (only necessary when setting up Shopify shops) for this month's ABO service (subscription) is 12 months from the order date. The contract holder agrees to an automatic 12-month extension unless timely written termination occurs (for the next contract year - with validity at the end of the next contract year). The subscription will continue to be valid for an unlimited period of 12 months until it is canceled in due time.
