Return policy for business customers (B2B)

  1. No right of withdrawal for business customers

    • Business customers (B2B) generally have no right of withdrawal, regardless of whether the contract is concluded with Guru Flow Management GmbH or a third-party provider.
  2. Acceptance of the provider's terms and conditions

    • With every booking or order, business customers automatically accept the general terms and conditions (GTC) of the respective provider. These apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Guru Flow Management GmbH.
  3. Independence of return regulations

    • The right of return for business customers is valid regardless of the information provided by the provider and is expressly recognized with the order.

 

Return policy for end customers (B2C)

  1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

    • Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for contracts concluded at a distance. Within this period you can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons.
  2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

    • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the consumer expressly requests that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and that this service is provided in full. In this case, the consumer loses his right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 18 Paragraph 1 Z 1 FAGG.
  3. Acceptance of the provider's terms and conditions

    • When ordering via the Guru Flow Management GmbH platform, consumers automatically accept the general terms and conditions (GTC) of the respective provider. These apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Guru Flow Management GmbH.
  4. Return shipping costs

    • If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the consumer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Refund

    • After an effective cancellation, consumers will receive a refund of the purchase price and any shipping costs paid within 14 days after the returned goods have been received by Guru Flow Management GmbH or the respective provider.

Further provisions:

To initiate a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. Please also keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Unfortunately, returns sent to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Please note that shipping your goods may take longer if your country of residence is outside Austria.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item. We will try to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as bespoke products (custom-made or personalized items). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases also cannot be accepted. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Exchange

To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union

Regardless of the above provisions, when shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. In this case, too, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to notify you of approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
