Shipping conditions

This policy applies to orders of products (not services) Within Austria, within the EU there may be different shipping times, as well as the rest of the world (worldwide). It is intended to provide you with comprehensive information about our shipping policies and procedures. By placing your order in this shop, you accept the following terms and conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Guru Flow Management GmbH and, if applicable, the terms and conditions / delivery times / delivery costs of the respective provider.

Shipping, processing and order cutoff times

  • Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 3 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Processing time: Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order deadline: Orders received by 5:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Vienna) will be processed the same day.

Delivery conditions

  • To ship your order, we work with reliable shipping service providers such as DHL, Austrian Post and UPS. The shipping service provider is selected by us based on availability and delivery times.
  • Please note that shipping will only take place to the address you provided. Changes to the delivery address after shipping are not possible.

Shipping costs

Change of delivery address

  • Unfortunately, we can no longer change the delivery address after shipping. If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us at within 24 hours of placing your order shop@edv-guru.at

Order tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your delivery until it arrives at your door.

Wrong address

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping. Guru Flow Management GmbH assumes no liability for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. This also applies to the providers on our platform.

Cancellations

  • Please kindly refer to our refund policy in the Terms and Conditions.

Damaged packages in transit

  • If your package was damaged during transport, please refuse to accept the package and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered without you present and is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can clarify what to do next. Any damage or problems must be reported immediately to ensure timely processing.
