This special support service / subscription can only be combined with our various WLAN set-up solutions.
The following requirements are necessary for this service mentioned here and must already be present at the relevant installation location:
- Internet connection (if you don’t just want to work in the internal network)
- Internet connection with LAN connection (network cable) on the Internet modem (access data for this must be provided to the IT guru (setting option for a DMZ) - if you have any questions, please contact the IT guru.
- Space on site for the hardware ordered above
- If you have servers or other special devices, we ask you to contact us in advance - you may need special configurations.
If this is not the case or if one of the criteria mentioned does not apply, please contact us.
